Riverside Poly Cross Country Teams Achieve Record-Breaking Performances and Strong Showings

The Riverside Poly High School cross country teams recently demonstrated exceptional athleticism and teamwork, achieving significant milestones during a remarkable season. The girls’ team set a new program record, showcasing their collective strength and determination.
A standout performance was delivered by Olivia Bollenbach, who not only broke her own 3-mile record but also set a new Riverside Poly Girls 3-mile record with a time of 17:16. This marks her second 3-mile record of the current season.
The Varsity Girls team further solidified their place in the school’s history by setting a new team record. This collective achievement highlights the depth and talent within the Poly XC program, underscoring the success of their training and dedication.

On the boys’ side, Jace Deledonne achieved a 57th-place finish in the Sweepstakes race with a time of 14:39. The boys’ team also demonstrated a strong showing by finishing 36th in the Rated Races, reflecting the talent and hard work of the Poly Bears.
These strong showings position the Riverside Poly Cross Country teams for continued success as the season progresses.
