It was a statement week for the Bears, as multiple teams delivered standout performances, building major momentum heading into Rivalry Week.
Girls Volleyball stole the spotlight, going an incredible 7-0 over the week. The run began with a key win over the Woodcrest Royals and ended with the team capturing the championship at the Ayala Tournament, showcasing depth, determination, and dominance on the court. Their undefeated stretch was the highlight of what proved to be an all-around impressive week for Bear athletics.
In the pool, Boys Water Polo made waves with a commanding 20-7 victory, overwhelming the Los Osos Grizzlies with relentless offense and disciplined defense.
Girls Golf stayed sharp on the course, picking up two decisive wins—defeating Ivy League Foe, Heritage High School 266-348 and edging out the Patriot Warriors 253-280. The team continues to build consistency and confidence as the season progresses.
On the courts, Girls Tennis bounced back in a big way, beating Norco High School 17-1 and battling past Ramona High School 10-8, improving their season record to 2-1. The team’s resilience and depth are proving to be key strengths.
Flag Football remained unbeaten in league play, improving to 2-0 with a dominant 28-0 shutout over the Arlington Lions. The defense was lights-out, while the offense controlled the pace from the opening whistle.
With every team contributing to a week full of victories, the Bears are hitting their stride at just the right time. These performances are fueling momentum and energy heading into Rivalry Week, where pride, bragging rights, and school spirit will be on full display.
